Ataraxia is a greek word and means tranquility of the mind,
the absence of mental disturbance.
Silencing our thoughts, actions and reactions means
moving from compulsiveness to consciousness.
Following nothing but a gut feeling.
Thoughts are just memories recycling themselves constantly.
Only in being still we can become aware of all that is happening in us and all around us.
Ataraxia is about liberating ourselves from emotional concerns and anxiety.
Inviting us to neither be strongly excited nor downhearted.
Ataraxia is a place in the middle. The center I want to be in.
